Pricing Information

To best meet the needs of the educational community, we offer three distinct pricing options for:

• Individual classrooms
• Campus-wide adoption
• School districts

Please note that all sales are final due to the reproducible nature of the materials.

Individual Classrooms

For individual classrooms, a teacher or school may purchase a spiral-bound workbook or download an e-book. Workbooks are created for use in one individual teacher's classroom. An individual teacher is only permitted to reproduce our material for students in his or her own classroom. It is not permissible for multiple teachers to use a single workbook. For use in multiple classrooms, a school must purchase either multiple workbooks, or buy our workbooks on CD. Campuses who would like to adopt an entire line of workbooks may consider purchasing a CD bundle or site license.  See Pricing below.

Campus-wide Adoption

Workbooks on CD are available for campus-wide adoption. Our material may be purchased in digital format on custom-created CD-ROMs in bundles of 3+ workbook titles, providing unlimited reproduction rights for all teachers and students on the campus of the buyer. This eliminates the need to annually repurchase workbooks due to loss and consumption.

Campuses who wish to purchase an entire line of workbooks (i.e., Pre-AP/AP*, NMSQ/PSAT/SAT*, or State Proficiency formats) may consider purchasing a site license.  See Pricing below.

School Districts

For district-wide adoption, material may be purchased in digital format through a site license. Campus site licenses are available to districts who wish to purchase an entire line of workbooks on CD for one or more campus in their district. This will allow the teachers on each campus the greater freedom to utilize any workbook in a licensed product line, such as Advanced Placement, Scholastic Aptitude, or one of the State Proficiency lines. Multiple product lines may also be included in a site license, allowing teachers the greatest freedom to add or change their yearly curriculum without having to purchase additional materials.

Please note that site licenses include an annual renewal fee for each school year. This allows each campus or district to receive any titles that are subsequently added to their licensed product line in addition to allowing for continued use of the original titles. Site license contracts renew automatically unless nonrenewal documents have been signed and submitted to Applied Practice, Ltd. Upon nonrenewal, all licensed Applied Practice materials must be returned to Applied Practice or destroyed. 

Districts wishing to adopt only a limited number of workbooks for multiple campuses may wish to consider purchasing CD bundles for each campus.  See Pricing below.
