Method and Terms of Payment:
Orders shipped to schools/institutions may be billed. Accounts are payable within 30 days. Purchase Order numbers are required. No shipments will be made on accounts with past due balances. Prepaid orders can be made by check, money order, Master Card, VISA, Discover, or American Express. To protect the integrity of our material, online orders may be shipped to a school address only.
Orders shipped to an individual's home address must be prepaid including all applicable shipping charges. These orders may be mailed, faxed or phoned in. If you require shipping to a residence, our office will need to verify your school association. Please call our office for further details.
Please remit payment in US funds.
Complimentary Copies:
We offer sample copies of our material on our Web site only. If you are require more sample material than what is available on our Web site, then please contact us with this request at sales@appliedpractice.com.
Shipping and Tracking:
Most orders are shipped within three business days after receipt. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order. If you have not received your order after 10 business days, please contact us at info@appliedpractice.com. Be sure to include your full name and address and we will promptly respond.
We can ship to just about any address in the world. See below for more information about our shipping rates.
Shipping, Processing, and Handling Rates for the Continential U.S. (Fedex ground):
(Note: Orders shipped to AK and HI must ship Second Day Air at a rate of 25% for S/H. Ground shipping is not available to these U.S. states.)
Rush Orders (for US only):
Please note the following:
- Rush Orders will be shipped same day if received by 10:30 am CST on a business day.
- Our offices are closed for all major holidays, including but not limited to: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday & Friday, and Christmas Day.
- Rush Orders are shipped via Second Day Air or Next Day Air.
- Rush Orders require special attention and labor from our staff, and thus, a processing premium is charged for these orders.
Second Day Air: 25% of total price
Next Day Air: 45% of total price
Canadian & International Shipping Rates:
Air Letter Post (7-10 days): 25% of total price. Express delivery to international locations is not currently available.
